At Cygni Bangles, we value our customers and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags, boxes, and accessories intact.
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Once your return is approved, you may opt for either:
- A full refund (after deducting applicable COD charges, if any), or
- An exchange for another item of your choice (subject to stock availability).
2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Products purchased during sale or clearance events, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

4. Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For prepaid orders, refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- For COD orders, refunds (after deducting ₹80 COD charges) will be made via bank transfer or UPI, as per your preference.
- Refund timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery of your returned product.
