• Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

• Product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
• Must be returned in original packaging with tags & accessories
• Exchange request must be initiated within the 7-day period

🔁 Exchange Options

• You can exchange the product for:
  • Another item of your choice
  • Subject to availability in stock

❌ Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Used, worn, or damaged products
• Customized or personalized items
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)

📦 Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

1. Contact customer support within 7 days
2. Share:
   • Order ID
   • Reason for exchange
   • Product photos (if required)
3. Wait for approval before shipping the product
4. Follow the instructions provided by the support team

🚚 Shipping for Exchange

• Customer bears return shipping cost
• Free exchange/replacement only in case of:
  • Damaged product
  • Defective item
  • Wrong product delivered
