Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
We endeavour to process all orders placed (order cut off time: 6:00PM; (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata)) on our website within 1–3 business days(Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping/tracking notification by email and/or SMS.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
- We ship to all States and Union Territories in India.
- Standard shipping is typically 3–7 business days(Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
- For remote or rural areas, delivery might take up to 10 business days(Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- If your delivery address is in an extremely remote location, you might receive a call or email informing of any additional delay or shipping charges (if applicable).
3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
- For Prepaid Orders: Shipping is completely free across India.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A ₹80 COD charge will be applied to your order at checkout.
- Standard shipping charges are otherwise calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and courier partner used.
4. Courier / Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shadowfax, Ekart Xpressbees, DTDC, etc. to deliver your orders. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track the delivery status on the courier’s website.
5. Shipment Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive an email/SMS containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment by visiting the courier’s website and entering the tracking number.

6. Delivery & Acceptance
- On delivery, please inspect the package for visible damage before accepting it. If packaging appears damaged or tampered with, please make a note of it with the courier and contact us immediately.
- If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave a notice of attempted delivery. Additional delivery attempts may incur an extra charge, which may be passed on to you.
- Our responsibility for the package ends once the courier delivers it to the address you provided and obtains proof of delivery.
7. Shipping Exceptions & Restrictions
- Some areas (e.g., extremely remote or military locations) may be considered “restricted” by courier services. In such cases, shipping may be delayed or require additional charges. We will inform you in advance if additional cost or delay is involved.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes/APOs unless explicitly stated at checkout.
- Any customs duties, import taxes or other fees for shipments outside India (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the recipient.
8. Changes to Deliver Address or Order
If you need to change the delivery address or modify your order after it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the shipment is with the courier. Any additional costs arising from changes (re-routing, return to sender, extended hold) will be borne by the customer.
9. International Shipping (If Applicable)
If you offer international shipping (outside India), please note that:
- International orders are subject to higher shipping charges, longer transit times, and possible customs/import duties.
- You will be responsible for all taxes, duties and other import fees charged by your country.
- Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days(Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) or more.
